Head Rotating Perfect Stitch CNC Machine

The JUKI SR-9950HB-13090 is a high-speed, CNC-controlled pattern seamer with a large 1,300mm x 900mm sewing area and a 360° rotating head for consistent, high-quality stitching in any direction. It features an intelligent presser foot for smooth sewing over multi-layered materials, a stain-resistant glass epoxy table, and a full-rotary double-capacity hook with optional bobbin changer. With speeds up to 3,000 sti/min and precision control, it's built for efficiency and reliability in industrial applications.

Vertically and Horizontally-Driven Digital Feed Mechanism

JUKI’s unique synchronization technology controls the machine head, hook and feed mechanism, thereby creating the most favorable seams. In case of continuous circumference sewing, the sewing machine constantly detects the direction of sewing. As a result, consistent-quality seams are produced regardless of the direction of sewing.

Intelligent Intermediate-Presser Foot

It is possible to change the intermediate presser height at its lower dead point steplessly during sewing. This feature is particularly effective when sewing multi-layered portions of material. Since the material is stably held by the intermediate presser, sewing troubles such as skip stitch and thread breakage are prevented.

Oil-Free, High Rigid Frame, Full-Rotary Double-Capacity Hook

This feature provides stable sewing and reduces the time required for changing the bobbin thread.
