Higher productivity

The LK-1900C has achieved the maximum sewing speed of 3,300 sti/min. The new mechanism contributes to increased rigidity of the machine driving section. In addition, greater speed is achieved through the reviewing of the lubrication System.

● The LK-1900CW (with a 1.8-fold capacity hook) runs at a speed of 3,000 sti/min.

Easier alignment of sewing positions

The “built-in LED marking light” facilitates positioning of bartacking to reduce unnecessary operation for placing the fabric. The irradiation width of the marking light is adjustable.

● Some types of the work clamp foot may hide the irradiated light.

Standard LCD panel / Control box integrated with the machine head

The control box integrated with the machine head, originally designed by JUKI, is adopted. The number of standard patterns is 100. As many as 999 patterns (500,000 stitches) can be stored in memory. The new upright type operation panel is installed on the side face of the machine head to allow the operator to operate the machine without averting his/her eyes, during sewing, from the bartack being sewn. In addition, the table surface can be used widely. The operation panel can also be installed on the table as before.

Two-way data communication function for sewing machine data using an NFC terminal (optional)

The standard LCD panel is provided as standard with a USBport to facilitate data management between sewing machines and update of software. If you additionally use the optional NFC terminal, bidirectional data communication is enabled with a commercially-available Android terminal in a non-contact manner. This enables quick sharing of pre-set sewing data with other sewing machines to reduce the time required for set-up changing.

● The LK-1900C model comes in five different subclass models, such as S type (standard), H type (for heavy-weight materials), F type (for foundation), W type (with a 1.8 fold-capacity hook for heavy-weight materials) and B type (bird’s nest preventing / shorter - thread remaining functions), to offer a choice according to any application.

● The needle’s penetrating force into the material has been increased. This provides an improved responsiveness to heavy-weight materials for the H type machine.

● The W type has adopted a 1.8 fold-capacity hook, which reduces the frequency of bobbin-thread changing to enable highly efficient sewing work.

Bird’s nest preventing / Shorter-thread remaining functions (LK-1900CB)

Thanks to the Bird’s nest preventing / shorter-thread remaining functions, manual thread-nipping is no longer required and gives soft and smooth feeling on the bartaking sections where directly contact skin such as brassieres and tank tops.

● The sewing machine eliminates so-called “bird’s nests” (thread tangling in on the wrong side of the material at the beginning of sewing).

Eyelet buttonhole bartacking (LK-1901C)

Dedicated bartacking machine for eyelet buttonholes. Three different sewing patterns are available to allow the sewing size to be changed with ease. The machine performs bartacking with the right and left parallel portions of the eyelet buttonhole drawn near to one another after the buttonhole is clamped under the work clamp foot, thereby finishing highly durable and well-tensed eyelet buttonholes. The material drawing amount can be adjusted to 3 mm at maximum.

The material drawing mechanism can be switched ON/OFF in accordance with the setting of the memory switch.

Belt-loop attaching (LK-1902C)

Dedicated bartacking machine for attaching belt loops. The optimum number of stitches and sewing size can be quickly selected in accordance with the belt loop width, and six different straight line tacking patterns are provided as standard. Once you register preferred patterns to the pattern keys, you can call and/or change the target pattern by a simple touch of the relevant pattern key.

● Built-in LED marking light for alignment is not installed.

LK-1905C/IP-510

This machine is a pattern sewing machine with an expanded sewing area of 60mm (W) × 50mm (L). It can be used for a wide range of applications including men's and women's clothing, denim, and knitwear.

It can be used for sewing patterns such as the elastic tape connection of the boxer pants, the box sewing of the sleeve spread, and the attach the Velcro.

The IP-510 is the newly-developed operation panel that comes with a high-resolution touch-panel screen. The speed of response to the operation is increased. The operator is able to input/edit data while visually observing the needle entry points. A file name consisting of 12 alphanumeric characters can be set to a piece of pattern data. As a result, It is possible to manage the sewing pattern using the file name. In addition, since the corrective measure is additionally displayed to the error message, easy resetting of the error is enabled. The operation panel is also provided as standard with a USB port. Data management and software update can be carried out with ease using a USB thumb drive.

Sewing data created with the IP-510 can be stored in the memory of the main body of the sewing machine. The memory storage capacity is 50,000,000 stitches and 999.

The intermediate presser foot prevents the material from flapping and produces beautiful sewn results, making it suitable for sewing processes that require frequent changes in stitch size and shape.
