The JIN NA-35 series is best-suited for sewing shoes (sports shoes, leather shoes, casual shoes, etc.). With help from its top & bottom wheel feed mechanism to secure the material, the NA-35 Series keeps the needle entry in clear view and stably feeds even materials with multi-layered parts. The machine produces flawlessly finished seams with no slippage or irregular stitches, even when sewing slippery materials.

An Excellent Wheel Feed Mechanism for Sewing Shoes

With help from its top & bottom wheel feed mechanism to secure the material, the NA-35 Series keeps the needle entry in clear view and stably feeds even materials with multi-layered parts. The machine produces flawlessly finished seams with no slippage or irregular stitches, even when sewing slippery materials. The 1-needle type model in the NA-35 Series is designed with a needle feed mechanism to produce more beautifully finished seams while reducing speed fluctuations.

Digital Stitch Length Control (Only NA-35DUT is Supported)

Equipped with digital stitch length control function as standard. Stitch length adjustments can be easily programmed in the control panel rather than mechanical dialing.

Operation Panel

The operation panel comes with every machine as standard. The color control panel of NA-35DUT has excellent visibility and improves workability due to the high-clarity display. Easy-to-understand pictographs are displayed on the operation panel to ensure that the guidance displayed is easy to understand even for inexperienced operators.

The Control Box & USB Port

The control box is integrated with the machine head to facilitate machine setup and now comes with a USB port for charging.

Direct-Drive Motor is Installed

The direct-drive motor system has been adopted. As a result, the sewing machine starts up swiftly and promises increased stop accuracy, demonstrating improved responsiveness. Since the sewing machine has no V-belt, the operator needs neither to clean up shavings from the V-belt nor adjust the V-belt tension.

LED Light & Flip-Up Ruler

The LED light is located on the underside of the arm jaw. It reduces operator fatigue and improves work efficiency. It is provided as a standard for all models of the NA-35 Series. A flip-up ruler is standard equipment. Since the ruler is a flip-up type, it can be easily attached and detached without using a driver when not in use.

Mechanism of Automatic Thread Trimmer

The automatic thread trimmer achieves consistent thread trimming regardless of the thickness of the thread, i.e., from thin to thick thread. The machine has adopted the rotary thread trimming mechanism, which matches, in particular, the design stitch with thick thread for furniture and bags. The automatic thread trimmer improves workability and increases productivity. Compared with the sewing machine without a thread trimmer, the NA-35 Series substantially decreases thread consumption. The knife pressure can be adjusted with the adjusting screw.

With hand switch as standard equipment, operators can quickly switch between frequently used functions in sewing work, improving productivity.
