Increased productivity by improved operability

The machine achieves a longer distance from machine arm to needle by adopting a high long arm. This means the machine dramatically increases workability when sewing large products such as sofas and car seats.

Needle thread clamping device

The needle thread device is standard equipment. As a result, the needle thread at the start of sewing does not come out on the cloth, so the start of sewing beautiful finished seams. Operators use scissors less often and can prevent damage to the material caused by thread picking.

Feed mechanism

The machine's powerful top & bottom feed demonstrates its performance when sewing car fabric seats. The lift of the presser foot is as high as 16 mm, which response to the sewing of heavy-weight materials.

Mechanism of thread trimmer

The thread trimmer achieves consistent thread trimming regardless of the thickness of the thread, i.e., from thin to thick thread. The machine has adopted the rotary thread trimming mechanism which matches, in particular, the design stitch with thick thread for furniture and bags. The automatic thread trimmer improves workability and increases productivity. When compared with the sewing machine without a thread trimmer, the DU-1481-7 substantially decreases the consumption of thread. The knife pressure can be adjusted with the adjusting screw.

Horizontal-axis full-rotary double-capacity hook

The adoption of the horizontal-axis double-capacity hook helps reduce the frequency of bobbin thread replacement, thereby promising sewing work with efficiency. This hook is also helpful not only when sewing with thick thread but also when sewing along seam length.

LED Light

Standard equipped with LED light to illuminate the hand of the needle. The operator can set the brightness which is easy to work with, improving work efficiency.

Direct-drive motor is installed

The direct-drive motor system has been adopted by all of the sewing system with a thread trimmer. As a result, the sewing machine starts up swiftly and promises increased stop accuracy, thereby demonstrating improved responsiveness.
